30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in original packaging
  • With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care items (cosmetics, intimate apparel)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Custom or personalized items

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Visit our Returns Center or contact our customer service
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for return
  3. Get Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship It Back: Send the package using the provided shipping label

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
  • Notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
  • Credit the refund to your original payment method
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping:

  • For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs
  • For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:

  1. Contact us to arrange the return of the defective item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item
  3. We'll refund the original purchase once we receive the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • We'll cover all return shipping costs

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
