30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and in original packaging
- With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care items (cosmetics, intimate apparel)
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom or personalized items
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Visit our Returns Center or contact our customer service
- Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for return
- Get Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack Securely: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship It Back: Send the package using the provided shipping label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
- Inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
- Credit the refund to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping:
- For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs
- For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item:
- Contact us to arrange the return of the defective item
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- We'll refund the original purchase once we receive the return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
- We'll cover all return shipping costs
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition or missing parts
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays are common)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us
