Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Note: Some items are not eligible for return:
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Beauty and health products (if opened)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Your Return: Visit your Orders page and select the item(s) you wish to return, or Request a Return.
- Select Reason: Choose the reason for your return (wrong size, defective, changed mind, etc.)
- Print Return Label: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship It Back: Drop off the package at any of our partner courier locations
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection (1-2 business days): We'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria
- Approval: If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email
- Refund (5-7 business days): Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
- Mobile Money: 1-3 business days
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return your original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We'll arrange for a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement
Frequently Asked Questions
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other returns, a small shipping fee (₦1,500) will be deducted from your refund.
Yes! Gift recipients can return items for store credit or exchange. The original purchaser can also initiate the return for a refund.
If your return doesn't meet our criteria, we'll notify you by email and ship the item back to you at no charge. You can contact customer service to discuss alternative solutions.
